Edition is the award-winning newsletter produced by members of the Editors' Association of Canada, Toronto branch.
Edition is published nine times per membership year by volunteer members to highlight the diverse professional activities and interests of the Toronto branch community. Edition is an important communications vehicle to members near and far who are unable to attend Toronto branch meetings in person and who want to stay informed of news and events.
In each issue of Edition, members can look forward to timely and relevant information including:
- Articles on editing and related industry topics written by our members
- Program Report of the Toronto branch general meeting last held
- Toronto branch executive news
- Information about our branch membership
- Professional development seminars
- Volunteer opportunities
Downloading Edition
Members can download full issues from May 2005 to February 2008 and from March 2010 and later by clicking here.
Anyone can download full issues from March 2008 to February 2010 and abridged issues from March 2010 and later by clicking here.
Members are notified by e-mail when each issue of Edition is published. New issues are also announced on the branch newsfeed.
Adobe Acrobat Reader version 5 or later is required to view and print Edition, which is published in Portable Document Format (PDF).
Members are asked to contact the Edition Editor to ask about receiving any older back issues that are not currently posted.
Limited quantities of Edition are available at Toronto branch seminars, and from the EAC Toronto branch booth at The Word On The Street, the annual book and magazine fair.
