Be part of a dynamic team of volunteers that’s working hard to create a conference experience that EAC members will be talking about for years!

ON-SITE VOLUNTEERS

On-site volunteers don’t need to do much preparation ahead; they help out during the conference. Tasks could include: 

• staffing registration desk;
• setting up conference prep room and/or green room;
• staffing conference prep room and/or green room;
• running errands;
• stuffing conference bags;
• photocopying (e.g., if presenters want more handouts at the last minute);
• greeting speakers and taking them to the presenter coordinator and/or meeting room; and
• introducing speakers.
