Register for Conference 2006 in Vancouver

Ready to register? Choose your method:

• Register online using your VISA, Mastercard or American Express card.

• Phone the EAC national office with your VISA card handy:
  416 975-1379 or 1 866 226-3348.

Note: To pay by Mastercard or American Express, please use the online method.

Conference fee schedule:

• $300 EAC member regular registration
• $450 non-member registration
• $50 banquet ticket (all registration categories)
• $20 extra reception tickets (all registration categories—one free reception ticket included with conference registration)

Plus GST, of course. Prices are quoted in Canadian dollars and payment must be made in Canadian funds, please.
