EventsMeetings and Events Home | Branch Meetings| Events | Reports and Podcasts| Executive Meetings The Toronto branch organizes field trips, parties, and other get-togethers for members to explore the city, network with each other, and have a little fun. If you have an idea for a field trip or would like to help organize an event, contact the program chair at toronto_br_program_chair@editors.ca.
Thursday, March 22, 2012 The Espresso Book Machine can print library-quality paperbacks in 4 to 10 minutes. The only such machine in Toronto is located at the University of Toronto Bookstore – and EAC Toronto members are invited to take a tour.
Time: 2:00 PM – 4:00 PM Location: 214 College Street (corner of College and St. George Street). The nearest subway stop is Queen's Park Station, a few blocks east. The streetcar stops at St. George. We'll meet in the Great Hall (on the top floor of the bookstore). We can enjoy a cup of coffee or tea at the Second Cup in the building after our tour. RSVP to toronto_br_program_chair@editors.ca by March 20. There is no charge to attend, but spaces are limited.
