I am a meticulous, thorough indexer and proofreader. I enjoy a wide variety of subjects including history, gardening, and the environment.
My background is in the medical field as a Medical Laboratory Technologist. This has given me a broad knowledge base of topics such as human physiology, diseases, microbiology, and biochemistry. But I don't limit myself to these topics. I love the diversity of subjects that I am given the opportunity to work with and learn something new from every book I index or proofread.
Indexing: The index is relegated to the back pages of the book and is one of the last tasks in the process of getting your book to print, but it is very important! I will make sure your index has the detail and terminology required for your readers. And it will be completed by your deadline.
Proofreading: We all know the embarrassment of finding a glaring error in something we thought was perfect. Having another set of eyes proofread your final pages is a worthwhile step.
