Profile

An editor of academic journals who has a passion for fantasy & science fiction, I love that my work as a freelance editor allows me to play with words in so many different forms, from short stories to dissertations and everything in between. When I'm not editing, I also teach writing at all levels and for different subjects.

Fiction:

I have edited several works of fiction, primarily but not only science fiction, fantasy, and young adult, working for both small presses and self-published authors.

Academic:

I provide editorial services, including manuscript review, proofreading, and reference checking, to graduate students completing dissertations and scholars preparing articles for publication.

I also provide copy editing and layout & design for a number of academic journals, both print and online.

Whether you are an author seeking to publish your novel or a scholar who wants to share your research, I can help you to communicate more clearly and effectively.
