The Conference Committee is delighted to announce the venue for EAC's national conference in Montreal. Bibliothèque et Archives nationale du Québec (BAnQ), whose mandate is to preserve culture and knowledge for everyone, is a perfect fit for our conference, Reflections: Editing Content and Culture, which takes place from May 28 to 30, 2010.
Located steps from St-Denis Street in the heart of Montreal's Latin Quarter, and housed in a contemporary five-storey building, BAnQ is an exciting setting for editors across Canada to gather, learn and network.
BAnQ is renowned for its exceptional architecture and the collections it makes available to everyone. Visit www.banq.qc.ca and Wikipedia's Grande Bibliothèque for more information.
EAC's Vive Montréal! team is already hard at work researching accommodations, restaurants and nearby attractions for you. Visit the conference website regularly for the latest on what's happening as we count down to Reflections: Editing Content and Culture.
