My specialties include health care, medicine, social sciences and education. I have worked as an editor/translator since 1983. I am an OTTIAQ-certified translator (French to English) and also translate from Spanish to English. I have an MA in English translation from Université de Montréal (medical & pharmaceutical) and a BA in Spanish. I worked six years in-house for the Québec Ministry of Education. My clients include health and social service agencies, youth protection agencies, health-technology assessment agencies, textbook publishers, and social sciences researchers. I taught English as a second language in France and Canada for 11 years and now edit/proofread ESL textbooks and teaching materials.
