Ann-Marie Metten has nearly 30 years of experience editing trade books, academic and technical texts, and magazines. In 2009 she gained certification as a professional editor, and in 2010 she completed a master of publishing degree at Simon Fraser University. She volunteers as executive director at Historic Joy Kogawa House and runs the writer-in-residence program set in the childhood home of the author Joy Kogawa.
