Leigh is an organized and deadline-driven writer, editor, copyeditor, and proofreader. Projects include corporate documentation such as Human Resources Manuals, Health and Safety Manuals, Contingency Plans, and Employee Handbooks.

Leigh wrote, edited, and/or formatted hundreds of medical laboratory procedures for BC Biomedical Laboratories Limited in Surrey, BC. He fulfilled a large contract with the North American Montessori Centre by writing and editing three teacher manuals.

Leigh was a technical editor to the Vancouver Organizing Committee (VANOC) for the 2010 Olympic and Paralympic Winter Games.
