An editor and writer with many years' experience in both book and magazine publishing, I've edited everything from Hansard to how-to's, memoirs to music, and cookbooks to kidlit. Clients have praised my ability to combine big-picture thinking with attention to detail. I am a co-author of Editing Canadian English (1st and 2nd editions) and the author of four books for children, including You Are the Earth and Eco-Fun (with David Suzuki), which was nominated for a Silver Birch Award. I have also edited or written many magazine articles, especially for Canadian Living. I have travelled widely and lived in London, Paris, Montreal, Toronto, and Victoria.
