I am an educational researcher and freelance editor, with a PhD in Adult Education from the University of Toronto (OISE) and over eight years of editing experience. I have worked with academic and non-fiction authors, including non-native speakers, traversing a wide range of disciplines and backgrounds. I edit doctoral theses and proposals, book manuscripts, book chapters, articles, papers, essays, and abstracts. In addition to traditional academic discourse, I have edited diverse literary genres, including: narrative, memoir, drama, and poetry. I recently held a post-doctoral fellowship at the Bloomberg Faculty of Nursing, University of Toronto, during which time I launched an online academic journal, Journal of Health Professions Education. As member of EAC's Toronto branch executive (2007-2009), I edited the newsletter Edition. PREVIOUS PROJECTS Academic Books/Manuscripts Amina, J. (under review).
