In 2008, I launched The Editing Company Inc. At TEC, myself and four other editors offer high-quality editing in quality time for academic and trade publishers, textbook publishers, independent researchers and writers, government agencies, not-for-profit organizations, journals, and small businesses. We also specialize in clearing copyright permissions for authors and publishers. As the owner and senior editor, I bring to my business over 20 years of experience in the field of publishing. In 1996, I launched the Women's Issues Publishing Program with Sumach Press for which I developed over 25 women's studies titles for the university market. This experience has given me the foundation on which to build a professional editing service for publishers, authors, associations, and  businesses.
