I hold strong professional experience as a book editor in history, biography, bibliography, reference, and political science. I have also edited, and sometimes written, historical and technology reports for two ministries of the government of Ontario. In addition, I have both written and edited computer science and Internet manuals for university graduate students. I have taught English grammar, composition, and academic research methods, to university undergraduates. My academic and professional training is in history, English, education, librarianship, and information science. I hold a PhD in library and information science, with a concentration in information systems.
