Joe Cotterchio-Milligan

Profile

No matter what type of project you may be working on, my skills, experience, and education can help perfect your text. Whether you need a copy or substantive editor, proofreader, researcher, or writer, I am happy to colloborate on any sort of material.

My experience includes working on medical, business, trade, higher education, and, also, general arts manuscripts. I can easily adapt to any style or genre of text to help improve your work.

I have over six years of experience, as well as my B.A. (Honours), with an English specialization, publishing courses through Ryerson University, a desktop publishing course through George Brown College, and seminars through the EAC Toronto branch. More recently, I have worked for Harlequin, completed Ryerson's Mills Mentorship Award, working with Pearson Education Canada, and served as an Editorial Intern for Random House Canada.

I currently volunteer as a writer and copy editor with the EAC Toronto branch's newsletter, Edition—along with doing freelance work.

With that experience and education, your satisfaction and a finely written text are my highest priorities. I bring my skills wholeheartedly to every project, as well as offering personalized and friendly service to help perfect the art in your writing.
