For 20 years I worked in political and other not-for-profit organizations, writing, editing, producing publications, teaching, and managing campaigns, people, and projects. Then I started working on my own, and I love the variety. My favourite challenge is turning a large amount of disorganized, complex information into a clear and concise account. Sometimes it's a newsletter. At other times it's a manual, report, speech, or 500-word brochure.
