I am a writer and editor living in Toronto. My writing has been published nationally in publications such as The Globe and Mail newspaper and Homemakers magazine. My work has also appeared on CBC Radio. I have recently been working on a variety of freelance assignments for the Office of Bruce Hyer, Member of Parliament for Thunder Bay-Superior North.

I also specialize in copy editing and proofreading for corporate clients, and I have worked on a wide range of accounts from financial to pharmaceutical, telecommunications to automotive. That means I know if a brand name requires a registered trademark symbol each time it appears on a page (only the first time unless the style guide states otherwise) or if you should assume that the copy draft provided is clean (no, you never assume that). I am also fluent in French and have done bilingual copy editing and proofreading.
