Linda Hossie

Profile

After 15 years as an editor at The Globe and Mail, I am used to assimilating complex material quickly and working under tight deadlines. I have also developed a constructive relationship with a wide range of writers, helping them produce work that is both clear and compelling. Graeme Smith, for years the Globe's correspondent in Afghanistan, said this of our collaboration: "There's a real artistry to what you did... I'd often see a graceful edit on my story, and sure enough, it was yours."
