"A great editor is part therapist, part technician and part confessor."
—Michael Redhill, The Toronto Star, Dec. 2, 2017
With his 2017 Scotiabank Giller Prize win for Bellevue Square, Michael Redhill has cemented his reputation as one of Canada’s most dazzling and versatile novelists, in addition to being an accomplished poet, editor, and publisher with 30 years’ experience on the Canadian literary scene.
This unique event brings Mr. Redhill together with his editor at Penguin Random House Canada, Martha Kanya-Forstner, for an informal discussion of the writing and editing of the novel that won Canada’s richest literary prize in November.
