Stone Fruit Editing

1720 Kingsway St
Vancouver, BC V5N 2S4
Experienced public speaker, available to talk to groups and associations about editors and editing.

Writer, poet, and editor based in Vancouver, BC, Canada; European settler working on unceded territory of the Musqueam, Squamish, and Tslei-Watuth Nations. I hold a joint degree in English & Linguistics from Simon Fraser University, as well as a TESL Certificate. My pronouns are she/her, and my honorific is Mx.

As a member of the queer community, I work to stay updated in the LGBTQ2S+ community and discourse around accessibility, anti-racism, and anti-colonialist activism. Because language affects how we absorb and construct narratives, I prioritize queer and political linguistic shifts in order to support marginalized communities. My rates are sliding scale for increased accessibility.

I am especially interested in working on projects with queer, trans, or gender-diverse characters or populations, projects with cultural or artistic linguistic variations, and projects that work within marginalized populations. My work is collaborative and ensures that your voice remains authentic.

This space respects and honours sex workers, BIPOC, land & water protectors, all bodies, abilities, and genders.
