Working with words and people since 1993: Plain language editing, knowledge translation, translation revision (comparative revision/la révision comparative), (re)writing, content creation and revision, coaching. Ambassador of the Language Portal of Canada/Ambassadrice du Portail linguistique du Canada.

I am accustomed to balancing the needs of multiple stakeholders and invest time and effort in creating an environment of trust. My clients include non-profit organizations, corporate bodies, researchers and research groups, traditional and hybrid publishers, and academics.

Many of the projects I work on are collaborations with branches of international organizations such as UNESCO or are destined for submission to departments of the Government of Canada such as GAC. See, for example, some projects I've worked on for the Commonwealth of Learning.

I can work with you from concept to final sign-off, offering input into design along the way, or I can drop in whenever you need a fresh pair of eyes, an objective opinion, or simply some professional advice.
