Blue Quill Editorial

25 Princeton Crescent
St. Albert, AB T8N 4V3

An enduring passion for lifelong learning has propelled me from extended travel and academia (MA, sociology) through Toronto's book publishing industry (HarperCollins, Kids Can Press) to the delightfully engaging world of freelance editing. Graduate of the Banff Publishing Workshop (1995) and Ryerson's Certificate in Publishing program (in 1997, where, incidentally, I was the first ever to receive both the Marsh Jeanneret and Eve Orpen awards for academic excellence). Ongoing professional development, and I now mentor new editors for continuing engagement, learning, and fun. Clients include Athabasca University, Edit Group Inc., Government of Alberta, and Worth Publishers/Macmillan Learning. Conscientious, curious, and creative; experienced, energetic, and eloquent. Long projects especially welcome.
