I am a lifelong learner and an experienced and compassionate editor. My job is to be invisible and make your work shine. I have honed my editor's instinct over three decades.

With three degrees in science, I am an avid naturalist and birder. Thus, my specific areas of interest are biology and ecology, especially botany, ornithology and mammology.

I am also experienced in editing mining, outdoor leisure and the nonprofit sectors.

I have much experience in quilting and gardening, especially herbs, edibles and native plants.
