Get the Wisdom of the Eminences
January’s resolutions didn’t pan out? March Madness hasn’t started your phone ringing?
On Wednesday, February 21, get expert advice and fresh perspectives on your editing business or career from our Eight Eminences. Whether you’re just starting out, changing the focus of your business or wanting to discuss specific editing challenges with a peer who’s been there, they will offer priceless perspective.
You’ll need to make a reservation, though, by emailing Tom Vradenburg by Monday, February 19. State your preference for up to three Eminences—we’ll do what we can to match you up, according to demand. Each session lasts 15 minutes.
The Eight Eminences and their specialties are

Beverly Ensom: copy editing, proofreading, freelancing, prep for certification, transition from in-house to freelance, government work, House of Commons work
Laurel Hyatt: Freelancing, substantive editing, copy editing, proofreading, government reports, university textbooks, journalism, business, auditing, accounting
Free for members; $10 for non-members
