Editors 21 Conference: Sessions and Schedules, plus Call for Vendors

Published on: March 24, 2021

It's less than three months until Editors 21: Editors Transform, Editors Canada's first online conference! Register before April 26 to receive the early-bird rate, which is a savings of $100 off your registration cost.

Sessions and schedules

Our conference will be run using an online platform called PheedLoop, and attendees will have access to recordings of all conference sessions until September 30, 2021. That means you'll have access to 40 conference sessions and two exciting keynotes for more than three months after the conference is over. So there's no need to stress about missing sessions during the conference!

And in case you missed it, the full conference schedule is now live. Session times listed on the website are in eastern time, but as attendees will be participating from home this year, we have created schedules for different time zones for you to download. Scroll to the bottom of the schedule page for the links.

Call for vendors

Our vendor fair will be a unique opportunity to connect with hundreds of communications professionals from across the country, build relationships with your target market, increase your influence, and sell your products or services. The live conference sessions take place from 10:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. ET on June 12 and 13, and attendees can access the exhibitor space at any point during the day. Vendors and exhibitors will be listed on the event website, and profiles will be accessible in the exhibitor space of the virtual event platform.

Promote your products or services to a wide variety of people in numerous communications-related sectors. And if you have nothing to sell but you would still like an opportunity to present information to a wide audience, consider an exhibitor profile. Each vendor/exhibitor will be provided with access to their own exhibitor portal to design and manage their online profile.

What does it cost?

  • For vendors selling goods/taking orders during the weekend, there is no upfront cost. Vendors will pay a 15% commission fee of conference sales to Editors Canada.
  • For exhibitors who are not selling goods/services, profiles are available for a flat fee.
  • A premium booth upgrade is also available for both vendors and exhibitors. The premium booth upgrade gives vendors/exhibitors the capability to collect contact information from attendees and run live video sessions to engage with attendees in real-time.
