Welcome to the Hamilton-Halton twig of Editors Canada!
We gladly invite fellow editors and editing students from Hamilton, Burlington, Oakville, Milton, and surrounding communities to join us!
If you’re looking for a friendly and supportive group of professional peers, this is the group for you. As a chapter of Editors Canada, Editors Hamilton-Halton offers local members opportunities for professional development, networking, and socializing. Featured guest speakers and workshops make each Editors Hamilton-Halton monthly meeting a great opportunity to learn and socialize. Doors open at 6:30 pm; program runs 7:00-8:45 pm. We look forward to seeing you!
Editors Hamilton-Halton normally meets in the Frank Rose room on the main floor of the Burlington Central Library, 2331 New Street, L7R 1J4.

In Conversation with Kazim Ali and Rhonda Kronyk
Join us Thursday, April 8, at 7 p.m. EST as we welcome author Kazim Ali in conversation with editor Rhonda Kronyk.
Kazim and Rhonda will share their experiences working on Kazim’s memoir, Northern Light: Power, Land, and the Memory of Water. They will discuss working with Indigenous subject matter and the challenges of a text that goes beyond memoir. We hope you can join us for this compelling conversation.
