Conference theme: Editing in the Age of Misinformation
Misinformation isn’t just about fake news; it’s also the assumptions we make, the language we let slide and the identities we misrepresent. Editors are uniquely positioned to catch what others miss and to create more truthful, inclusive and responsible content. This year, we encourage attendees to open their ears, eyes and minds—using their love of accuracy and clear communication—to take their skills and responsibilities to the next level.
